Leaders are clear as to what game they are playing.
They are visionaries.
Visionaries use their imagination.
They are able to connect with their intuition aka “gut feelings,” and are aware of the challenges.
They know where they are going, how they are going to get there and who they want as followers.
Do you know where you are going? Do you know how you are going to get there? Do you know who your followers are?
If you are just starting out, changing careers or wondering how to improve your practice or business, these are important questions to answer so please take a moment to think about them. If you don't know where you are going, how will you know when you get there?
