Here are two ways you can stage the next act of your Leadership play:

Create a compelling vision of where you see yourself in 5-10-20 years. People won’t remember what you did professionally as much as remembering you for the difference you made.

Develop your imagination. Create a play with a story as you see yourself developing within the next 10 years.
  • Who are you?

  • What are you doing?

  • Why are you doing it?

  • What are your relationships with those in the play?

  • What are the colors you see?

  • What is the music being played?

  • Who is the audience?
This is your next act. What does it look and feel like?
