Leadership without Boulders

"Nobody's a natural.  You work hard to get good and then work to get better.  It's hard to stay on top."--Paul Coffey NHL Star

Boulders of being a conformist, staying rigid in beliefs, failing to fail more often like champions, are some of the hindrances to career development and leadership.

What boulders do you see in your way?   What are they keeping you from?

Here are a three tips to help move them out of the way:

Tips to Leadership without Boulders

1) There is always another way. You have the power. The power comes from within. What is your gut feeling telling you? Honestly? Listen to your intuition. It is smarter than your doubts and fears. If one of the boulders has blocked your ability to trust your intuitive hunches, then practice meditation to quiet your mind.

2) The good news is that within change are wonderful opportunities waiting for you. That is if you are willing to go above the trees for a broader perspective of what’s available in the forest. It opens up a whole new world of choices. Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? When will you start?

3) You are meant to transcend your potential through self-awareness to self-leadership from the inside out. Grow in your self-awareness from the place of knowing you are the champion of your choices and you choose to win. You will win when you seek answers from that still small voice within you waiting to express your potential.
