Leadership Tip - The Power of Thought

  • Write down one thing that you have wanted to change for a long time and resisted.
  • Then write down all your thoughts - pro and con - about IT.
  • Notice what is limiting you in taking action.
  • Is it your beliefs that you don't know how, you don't have time or money; you won't be good at it, etc. etc. etc.?
  • Is it your lack of focus that gets you sidetracked?
  • Be clear and specific about what IT is you want.
  • This will get you on the Right Track. The rest of the process is in outlining a map to get you there, taking action, and getting the support and resources you need.
