Tip to Standing Tall

Practice standing with tummy tucked in, shoulder blades reachingto touch each other, chin up and looking straight ahead. Don't worry if you have an overweight concern. This exercise is still quite effective. It may even give you the momentum to start exercising and eating more moderately if you so wish.

In less than 5 seconds people judge those seen for the first time. First impressions make a difference. Take time to people watch. What scenarios do you imagine about these strangers?
