Today's Leadership Pointer

Eleanor Roosevelt once said: "You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing you think you cannot do."

Whether you are the leader in your community, business or making a difference in your home environment, leadership is based on values. Great leaders are in-sync with their vision and who they 'be' in the matter. You can learn all sort of skills and be on top of your 'to do' list but wrong attitude and dissatisfaction can tear you down.

What helps a leader be more effective is being true to their passion and showing up. TM Napa Coaches Leadership

Notice the different energy around someone who loves what they are doing and that of someone who hates what they are doing.
