If it’s money forego the morning Starbucks and make coffee at home.

Committed to a better relationship? Plan a “date night” with your significant other.

The specifics don’t really matter, what does is that you get into immediate action.

You need to back-up the decision and signal to your brain that you are serious about making a change in your life. It is critical that you feel like you are moving your life in the direction you want it to go! Right away!
