Your mind is a beautiful vessel and holds the key to opening doors to opportunities - opportunities you are destined to pursue.
But what frequently happens is that the vessel of your mind is filled with aging memories, habits, characteristics, perspectives and false beliefs that are frequently kept into existence with expectations of creating different circumstances. Expecting something different without change is unrealistic.
When conditions are thrust upon you to change, such as losing a job, divorce, death of a loved one, or illness it goes without saying that the way things use to be have shifted traumatically. At first there is disbelief and anger, which is fear based. Who doesn’t get fearful when the carpet is swept from under their feet and faced with the unknown?
I know all too well what it is like to be faced with each of the aforementioned life changing events. Fear runs rampant asking, “What am I going to do? How am I going to make it? The answers based on fear cause more stress and anxieties leaving you feel hopeless.
How does fear affect you? I'd love to hear from you - post your comments below...
