Leaders see possibilities outside of the norm.

Their imagination sees the end in mind and from there he/she creates a vision or dream of the outcome.

It is something they are passionate about and believe in personally or professionally.

You take a leadership stance when you decide to investigate possibilities outside of what is normal for you.

It could be competing in a marathon, taking innovative action to increase business, change careers, or even asking for what you want.
