Successful Leaders Use Their Creative Imagination

Going BeyondOne of the striking attributes of a successful leader is their uncanny ability to use their creative imagination to create possibilities.

Possibilities exist in the unconscious incompetence for they are non-existent in the external world, otherwise they would not be a possibility.

"The only way to discover the limits of the possible is to go beyond them into the impossible." - Arthur C. Clarke (British science fiction author and inventor - 16 December 1917 – 19 March 2008)
