Regardless if you are a just starting to investigate what’s next for you or doing a lot of work with minimal results, your dream, your vision, needs power behind it.That power is your passion and belief that you can do it.
The sad thing is that the majority of people don’t see the light within. Their dreams are dimmed; buried over with confusion, doubt, fear and uncertainty.
In a recent report by the Conference Board, only 45% of Americans are satisfied with their work, the lowest level recorded by the research group in two decades. 55% of workers are dissatisfied! Where is the passion and commitment doing a job that is empty and meaningless?
