Here are two ways you can stage the next act of your Leadership play:
Create a compelling vision of where you see yourself in 5-10-20 years. People won’t remember what you did professionally as much as remembering you for the difference you made.
Develop your imagination. Create a play with a story as you see yourself developing within the next 10 years.
- Who are you?
- What are you doing?
- Why are you doing it?
- What are your relationships with those in the play?
- What are the colors you see?
- What is the music being played?
- Who is the audience?
